Thank you for supporting The International Fallen Riders Relief Fund (IFRRF) through your merchandise purchase.
Every sale directly impacts our community – proceeds go toward supporting injured riders and providing critical assistance to families affected by motorcycle accidents. Your support keeps our mission moving forward.
1. Merchandise Returns
We want to make sure you get exactly what you ordered. We accept returns only if your items arrive in one of the following conditions:
- Damaged Items – Products that arrived broken or physically damaged during transit.
- Defective Products – Items that have manufacturing flaws or do not function as intended.
- Incorrect Items – Anything received that does not match your original order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the charitable fundraising nature of our merchandise program, the following items are generally non-returnable:
- Size exchanges (unless incorrect item shipped)
- Customized or limited-edition items
- Clearance or promotional items
- Used, washed, or worn merchandise

If approved, return instructions will be provided.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 – 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by IFRRF.
5. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact the shipping carrier and notify us immediately.
6. Donation Refund Policy
All donations made through the IFRRF website, donation portal, or online payment forms are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation has been successfully processed, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be issued except where required by applicable law or in cases of unauthorized transactions verified by the payment provider.
